Can I check an invoice before it’s sent?
Yes. With “draft for review”, every invoice waits for you. With auto-send, a heads-up arrives beforehand, so you can pause the rule and send it yourself.
What about VAT?
Choose VAT (e.g. 19 %) or the small-business exemption once in setup. Every invoice shows the right line.
